Courier Companies:
We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to deliver your studio equipment, cables, and accessories across India.
All shipments come fully insured to protect your valuable AV gear.

Delivery Responsibility:
We aim for prompt delivery, but PlayMix isn’t liable for delays due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
If you’re unavailable during delivery, please coordinate directly with the courier for rescheduling or pickup per their policy.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation within India.
Remote areas or heavy PA systems may take 5-7 business days. International orders ship in 10-15 business days.
*Note: Excludes weekends, holidays, and location-based variations. Most orders arrive in 5-7 days total.

Tracking Information:
Once dispatched, we’ll email your tracking ID to the address on your order (check spam if needed). Track real-time via the courier portal.

Shipping Charges:
Rates are calculated by order weight and pincode—added at checkout.
Bulk cables, mic stands, or international shipments may incur extra fees. Customs duties for global orders are customer responsibility.
