- The PlayMix does not offer refunds for any purchases. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only.

- Exchanges are available for products that are:
- Defective or damaged during shipping.
- Not as described on our website.
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items).

4. Return Shipping
- If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the exchange is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Processing Exchanges
